    Development is more that increasing knowledge and changing behaviours, its about understanding the difference in the mental maps between what a leader says he believes in versus what he actually does.  Most of us do not have the feedback and learning practice enabling us to easily fine tune not just what we do but how we do it without support.  Leap provides tools to support leaders to understand the different mental maps  held and the alignment with emotional intelligence and behaviour to help the leader pinpoint areas to develop and then support them in that development.

  • Engagement

    Engagement starts with understanding the strategy of the organisation and how that aligns to the current way of doing things.  Leap supports the development of an engagement strategy and the associated organisational development strategy that allows the goals of the organisation to be realised.  We also provide tools to enable an individuals engagement capability to be identified and to support them and the organisation work out a development agenda.

  • Change

    Leap helps organisations align Organisational strategy with project and programme goals and focuses on both the what and the how of change.  We help you establish or assess change initiatives to ensure that the alignment between leadership capability, engagement and organisational and change strategy are taking you in the direction you want to go.  We will be supportive in offering challenge to your thinking and helping you go beyond your current way of doing things.
